6. Terms and Conditions of the Activity
By submitting their work, participants agree that all intellectual property rights of their work belong to the organizer.
The organizer has the full right to display and use the submitted works, and may use them in any marketing materials related to ZoneAlarm, including but not limited to publications, print advertisements, press releases, digital media, videos, etc.
The selected Chinese name will be used only for ZoneAlarm's sales and promotion in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
By registering for the competition, participating schools and students agree that the organizer may display their entries, videos, and photos on any online and/or offline media.
Entrants must ensure that their submitted works are original and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. If so, the entrant will be held responsible.
The judges' decision is final and no objection may be raised by the participants.
Participants agree that the organizer may collect and use their personal data for competition-related purposes.
The organizer reserves the right to make the final interpretation and modification of the rules.
