【資優生走入沙田「非常社區節 」！「資優躍動沙角」以創科實踐跨代共融】[ HKAGE Students Step into Sha Tin "Space+ Festival": Fostering Intergenerational Inclusion through STEAM at "Gifted Vitality @ Sha Kok"! ]

9月19日，我們的團隊來到沙田區參與「非常社區節 (Space+ Festival)」的重點活動 ——「資優躍動沙角」！

On September 19, our team visited Sha Tin to take part in the highlight event of the "Space+ Festival" — "Gifted Vitality @ Sha Kok"!

今次活動特別由扎根沙角鄰里的香港資優教育學苑（HKAGE）學員擔大旗，將課堂所學的創科知識化為社區實踐。同學們親自將課堂上開發完成的「微信小程序」作品帶入社區，實地向一眾街坊展示並邀請大家即場試玩體驗！

The spotlight of this event was on the students from The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) serving the Sha Kok neighbourhood. Translating their classroom STEM learning into authentic community practice, the students brought their self-developed WeChat Mini Programs into the neighbourhood, showcasing their projects and inviting local residents for hands-on trial sessions!

當中最受矚目的，莫過於學員巧妙將微信小程序配合 AI 智能技術，親手打造的一系列趣味互動體適能遊戲。系統能夠實時記錄並即時分析運動與生理數據，讓個人體能表現一目了然；看著屏幕上清晰的即時健康數據，街坊與一眾「老友記」（長者）都全情投入、玩得不亦樂乎！

The main attraction was a dynamic suite of interactive fitness games built by the students, ingeniously combining WeChat Mini Programs with AI-assisted algorithms. The system captured and analyzed fitness metrics in real time, presenting users with clear, immediate feedback on their performance. Seeing their live health data displayed on-screen, both local residents and elderly community members participated with great enthusiasm!

年輕一代發揮創意思維，以輕巧實用、隨開即用的小程序打破科技門檻，更借助「跨代共融」的力量，為沙角社區注入滿滿的智慧健康活力。看見同學自信滿滿地向街坊介紹自己一手編程構建的小程序與創意成果，這份「落區」實戰的寶貴經驗絕對無價！

Leveraging the lightweight, instant-access nature of Mini Programs, these young minds lowered the technological barrier and tapped into the power of intergenerational inclusion, injecting smart health vitality into the Sha Kok community. Watching our students confidently present their self-coded programs and innovative achievements to neighbourhood elders was truly an invaluable community empowerment experience!
