天佑小學的同學近日參與由 iREd 的「全方位學習體驗計劃」，帶著課堂上學到的知識，走出校園，親身探訪路德會富欣花園長者中心及楊震愛民長者鄰舍中心，展開一次充滿關愛與科技結合的社區實踐活動。 Students from Mary of Providence Primary School recently took part in a "Holistic Learning Experience Program" organized by iREd, applying their classroom knowledge beyond the school to visit elderly centres in the community.

They visited The Lutheran Fook Yan Garden Elderly Centre and Oi Man Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, showing genuine care for the health of the elderly.

同學利用由 iREd 的 Smart Learning Suite-Health Kit 智能健康管理套件，配合親手設計的手機應用程式，為長者量度血壓、血氧及體溫等身體數據。

Using iREd’s Smart Learning Suite-Health Kit  and their self-designed mobile apps, students helped the elderly measure health indicators like blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, and body temperature.

過程中，他們更細心向長者解釋每項健康指標的意義，強調了解自己身體狀況的重要性，獲得長者一致好評，稱讚學生既用心又有禮貌，講解清晰易明！

They carefully explained the meaning of each reading to the elderly, highlighting the importance of knowing one’s own health – and were praised for their patience, clarity, and respectful attitude!

活動中，長者與同學更一同參與互動式遊戲，訓練反應及手眼協調能力，另一邊的同學更進行富趣味性的芬蘭木柱遊戲，促進身體活動之餘，也增進了跨代之間的交流與理解。

The program also included interactive games to train reaction time and hand-eye coordination, along with Finnish Mölkky games to enhance physical activity and foster intergenerational communication.

🌟是次活動不但讓學生學會如何運用科技解決實際問題，更加體會到服務社區、關心他人嘅意義。科技、遊戲與關愛三者結合，為學生帶來一次深具意義嘅全人發展體驗！

The event empowered students to apply technology in real-life scenarios, while nurturing empathy and a strong sense of social responsibility.
